Comments:
This case of MMMT showed extensive areas of rhabdomyosarcoma. The image shows numerous rhabdomyoblasts with abundant dense eosinophilic cytoplasm. In some cases, the rhabdomyosarcomatous areas overwhelm the epithelial component and the tumor resembles a pure rhabdomyosarcoma.
