Comments:
High-grade undifferentiated sarcoma surrounding a focus of high-grade endometrioid carcinoma in a case of MMMT. The most common site of involvement in the uterus is the posterior wall near fundus. Grossly, MMMT's are soft, friable, necrotic and hemorrhagic masses.
