Comments:
They are also referred to as ˇ°bizarreˇ±, ˇ°symplasticˇ± or ˇ°pleomorphicˇ± leiomyoma. They contain bizarre tumor cells with variation in size and shape, hyperchromatic nuclei, and multinucleated forms but no coagulative necrosis or increased mitotic activity. They are most often seen in premenopausal patients taking progestins.
