Comments:
This well-differentiated variant is seen in a younger age group than usual cervical adenocarcinoma. Many patients give history of oral contraceptive use. Note the transition from benign squamous mucosa to villoglandular architecture with fibrovascular cores.   return to Adenocarcinoma & Related Lesions
