Comments:
This non-invasive tumor shows glandular differentiation (in-situ adenocarcinoma). The malignant glands have focal cribriform morphology. It is frequently associated with urothelial carcinoma-in-situ or invasive high-grade urothelial carcinoma. It appears to be a peculiar variant of urothelial carcinoma-in-situ.
