Comments:
Adenoid cystic carcinomas make up about 10-20% of all carcinomas arising in Bartholin glands. Most patients present with a nodule clinically mimicking the much more common Bartholin gland cyst. This low-power view shows tumor cells arranged in nests, sheets, and trabeculae with cribriform appearance.   return to Malignant Epithelial Tumors
