Comments:
Dysgerminoma showing cord-like pattern of tumor cells separated by delicate fibrous septa. About 20% of dysgerminomas are bilateral. The tumor has excellent prognosis with 100% survival for stage I tumors and almost 80-90% for higher stage tumors.
