Comments:
High power view of a dysgerminoma showing anaplastic tumor cells. The cells have discrete cytoplasmic borders, large nuclei with coarse chromatin, prominent nucleoli and brisk mitotic activity. Small lymphocytes are sprinkled throughout the tumor.
