Comments:
The tumor cells are arranged in small nests here. They are positive for EMA and WT1 and negative for inhibin. This immunohistochemical profile is a helpful diagnostic clue. The DNA content is diploid. This tumor has poor prognosis due to its propensity for extraovarian spread.
