Comments:
Nests of transitional cells with pale cytoplasm scattered in a dense stroma. The stromal component usually resembles an ovarian fibroma and may contain luteinized cells. Estrogen secretion by stromal cells may occasionally result in endocrine manifestations.   return to Transitional Cell Tumors
