Comments:
Borderline Brenner tumors make up approximately 3% to 5% of all Brenner tumors. They show proliferative changes with papillary fronds and nuclear atypia and resemble urothelial carcinomas found in the urinary tract. Foci of benign Brenner tumor are also present.
