Comments: Borderline Brenner tumors make up approximately 3% to 5% of all Brenner tumors. They show proliferative changes with papillary fronds and nuclear atypia and resemble urothelial carcinomas found in the urinary tract. Foci of benign Brenner tumor are also present. By definition, invasion is absent.
