Comments:
Borderline clear cell adenofibroma with a focus of microinvasion. The remainder of the tumor was composed entirely of benign areas. Clear cytoplasm and cytologic atypia are evident in the small nests. The larger dilated glands are lined by flattened epithelium lacking atypia.
