Comments:
Post-operative spindle cell nodule consists of intersecting bundles of myo-fibroblastic cells in myxoid matrix. Increased mitotic activity, inflammatory cells, and hemorrhage are often present. Patients usually give history of surgery or instrumentation of urinary tract.
