Comments:
Recurrent epithelioid sarcoma in the form of multiple ulcerated lesions near the site of previous surgeries (note the scars). Pretibial region of the lower extremity is the 2nd most common site of involvement after fingers, hands and forearm.   return to Epithelioid Sarcoma
