Solitary Fibrous Tumor : Myxoid Change

Occasionally, one may see myxoid change in a solitary fibrous tumor. It may be promiment and mimic myxoid liposarcoma. However, in such cases, the presence of perivascular and interstitial hyalinization and the absence of lipoblasts will point to the correct diagnosis.
