Comments:
Granular cell tumors are small, yellow-tan, firm nodules with ill-defined margins and located in the dermis or subcutis. The tumor cells are round, polygonal, or spindle-shaped and arranged in ribbons, nests, or diffuse sheets with delicate fibroconnective tissue septa. They have abundant granular eosinophilic cytoplasm and nuclei ranging from small, hyperchromatic, pyknotic to large vesicular nuclei with punctate nucleoli.
