Cutaneous Angiosarcomas - Microscopic Features : The lining endothelial cells are atypical with plump hyperchromatic nuclei. The endothelial cells may pile up within the vascular lumens creating papillations or solid nests resembling those seen in papillary endothelial hyperplasia. Mitotic activity is increased.
