Comments:
Hyalinizing spindle cell tumor with giant rosettes (HSCTWGR) is an indolent tumor of deep soft tissues that is related to low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma. The patient is usually in the 3rd or 4th decade and thigh is the most common location. The most prominent histologic feature is the presence of large confluent collagen rosettes surrounded by a proliferation of bland spindle cells.
