Comments:
In large cell neuroendocrine carcinomas, the tumor cells are arranged in solid sheets, organoid nests with peripheral palisading, or anastomosing trabeculae. Multiple rosettes forming cribriform structures and large areas of geographic necrosis are other commonly seen features.
