Ganglioneuroma of the mediastinum is generally seen in the posterior mediastinum of older children and adults. Grossly, it smooth, encapsulated, soft yellowish gray mass. The image shows several ganglion cells, singly or in clusters, admixed with Schwann cells.   return to Mesenchymal Tumors of the Mediastinum
