Angiolipoma is one of the rare mesenchymal neoplasms that may occasionally arise in the mediastinum. The image shows an admixture of mature adipose tissue and narrow vascular channels. A few larger vessels are also present.   return to Mesenchymal Tumors of the Mediastinum
