Comments:
Sperm granuloma is seen frequently in patients following vasectomy (40%-50% of cases) and consists of foreign body giant cell reaction to extravasated sperm. This patient developed a nodule in the scrotum 3 months after vasectomy. It shows vas deferens lumen on the upper left and an intense inflammatory response on the right.   return to Spermatic Cord & Adnexa : Non-neoplastic
