Comments:
This patient had multiple small nodules and presented with ulceration of overlying skin due to friction with clothing. Idiopathic scrotal calcinosis occurs in the absence of preexisting cysts. It may represent end-stage of old “burnt-out” eccrine epithelial cysts that no longer retain an epithelial lining. Ito A, et al.
