Comments:
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in a 70 y/o male who presented with a right testicular mass. Chest x-ray showed nodules in the right lung. Hematologic studies and bone marrow were normal. Specimen shows complete replacement of the testicular parenchyma by a fleshy, pink-tan tumor with involvement of the spermatic cord. The tumor cells were positive for CD45 and CD20; negative for CD3, C-kit, PLAP and cytokeratin. Case contributed by: Dr. Sanjay D Deshmukh, Dr. Harveen K Gulati & Dr. Mayura Saraf.
