Comments:
Follicular lymphoma is a B-cell neoplasm that comprises approximately 40% of all adult non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas in the US. The most distinctive morphologic feature is nodular pattern of growth that attempts to recapitulate the architecture of a normal secondary lymphoid follicle. The image shows nodules of varying sizes with a homogenous appearance and lacking mantle zones and tingible-body macrophages.   return to B-Cell Lymphomas
