Massive perinodal eosinophilic infiltrate is one of the diagnostic features of Kimura’s disease. Sometimes eosinophilic abscesses may be seen. Hyalinized blood vessels are often seen in the paracortical region in Kimura’s disease.   return to Lymphadenopathies
