Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy (Rosai-Dorfman disease) is a disease of unknown etiology characterized by massive, painless enlargement of cervical lymph nodes. Note the distension of sinuses by histiocytes, lymphocytes, and plasma cells – diagnostic hallmark of the disease.   return to Lymphadenopathies
