Angiosarcoma is the most common primary malignancy (non-lymphoid) of the spleen. It may present as an isolated hemorrhagic nodule or involve spleen diffusely. The normal splenic tissue is on the lower left of this image. Tumor is on upper right.   return to Vascular Tumors of Spleen
