Comments:
Immunohistochemistry: Large cell calcifying Sertoli cell tumor is positive for inhibin-alpha, SF1, calretinin, vimentin, NSE, and S100 protein. Cytokeratin AE1/AE3 may be focally positive. Nuclear beta-catenin is negative, unlike Sertoli cell tumor, NOS.

The image shows tumor cells with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. The nuclei lack pleomorphism and are round to oval with punctate nucleoli. Mitotic activity is not increased. Intratubular tumor is seen in about half of the cases.
