Sertoli Cell Tumor
Most Sertoli cell tumors (SCT) are small, well-circumscribed solid masses. About 30-40% of cases have a cystic component. It may range from microcysts to large grossly visible cysts. This image is from the specimen shown in image 30. There were multiple tumor nodules protruding into the lumen of a large cystic mass. One such focus is shown here. Even at this magnification, tubular differentiation is apparent.
