This example shows nodular aggregates of tumor cells separated by fibrous stroma. The tumor cells may be arranged in diffuse sheets, insular, trabecular, or pseudoglandular patterns. Rare Leydig cell tumors may show adipose differentiation, calcification (with or without ossification), and spindle cell growth (Ulbright TM et al.
