Lipid-rich Leydig Cell Tumor

Lipid-rich Leydig cell tumors have finely vacuolated or foamy cytoplasm and resemble zona fasciculata of the adrenal cortex. The diagnosis can be challenging due to unconventional appearance. Inhibin immunostain is positive.
