Comments:
This 60 y/o man underwent splenectomy for an enlarged spleen. Specimen showed multiple coalescent fleshy tumor nodules. Flow cytometry results were as follows; POSITIVE: CD20, CD10 (weak), Bcl-2, Bcl-6, Ki-67, and lambda; NEGATIVE: CD3, CD5, CD23. Note the population of large tumor cells in the center of the field.   return to Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
