Comments:
The patient was a 15 y/o female who presented with progressively worsening pain and swelling in right knee. Radiographs showed an eccentric lucent area in proximal tibia. Region around the knee (distal femur and proximal tibia) are the most common sites for aneurysmal bone cyst; however, any portion of the skeleton may be involved.   return to Aneurysmal Bone Cyst
