Chondrosarcoma, Grade I

slide 10 of 52

Comments:
The humeral head shows a multilobulated, glassy-white tumor composed of cartilage. The tumor erodes through the cortex posterolaterally to reach the articular surface and involves the overlying tendon and soft tissues. Histologically, it was a Grade I chondrosarcoma.
