Tubular carcinoma is a well-differentiated invasive carcinoma of the breast. Grossly, the lesion is small with infiltrative margins and hard consistency. Microscopically, it is composed of well-defined glands with round, oval or angulated contours, open lumina, absence of myoepithelial cell layer, and absence of necrosis or mitoses.   return to Tubular Carcinoma
