Comments:
At high power, this HCC shows marked pleomorphism with anisocytosis and hyperchromasia, bile plugs, and abundant eosinophilic granular cytoplasm. Tumor cells may show prominent nucleoli and intranuclear pseudoinclusions (intranuclear cytoplasmic invaginations). HCCs characteristically secrete bile, which is typically seen in spaces that recapitulate normal bile canaliculi.
