Mucinous adenocarcinoma in a radical prostatectomy specimen. The differential diagnosis of prostatic mucinous adenocarcinoma includes extension from mucinous carcinomas arising in bladder, urethra, colo-rectal region and Cowper glands. The location of the main tumor mass and immunohistochemical stains for PSA and PAP can help arrive at the correct diagnosis.
