AdenoCA of Colon : Histologic Grading

Comments:
Colo-rectal adenocarcinomas with <50% gland formation are high-grade (poorly-differentiated) and have adverse prognosis. Tumors with at least 50% gland formation are low-grade (well- and moderately-differentiated). The tumor shown here was a well-differentiated adenocarcinoma of sigmoid colon.
