Comments:
Kaposi sarcoma often has slit-like vascular spaces, though larger vascular channels can be present. Extravasated erythrocytes dot the landscape of malignant spindled cells. Gastrointestinal involvement by Kaposi sarcoma is not uncommon in AIDS patients, but the lesion is not always symptomatic.
