Lymphoid Hyperplasia (Pseudolymphoma)

It is a reactive process seen most commonly in the ileo-cecal region. It is also referred to as pseudolymphoma - a term that is best avoided to prevent confusion. Lymphoid hyperplasia, most likely of viral etiology, can cause intussusception in children.
