Comments:
Ameloblastomas display a wide variety of architectural patterns under the microscope, including follicular, plexiform, acanthomatous, basaloid, granular cell, and desmoplastic. Multiple patterns often coexist and they have no clinical significance.

Granular Cell Pattern:Granular cell type shows clusters of epithelial cells with abundant granular eosinophilic cytoplasm due to lysosomal accumulation. The change may be focal or more widespread. Image courtesy of: @reportesvillarroel, Caracas, Venezuela.
