Post-atrophic hyperplasia in a prostate needle biopsy. Clusters of basophilic acini arranged in lobules. Within individual lobules, the glands may have infiltrative appearance. However, there is no true infiltration consisting of small, distorted glands infiltrating in between obviously benign larger glands.
