Comments:
The patient was a 43 y/o male with a 20-yr history of chewing tobacco. He presented with a right-sided gingivo-buccal mass. The hemimandibulectomy specimen shows a 4.5 x 3.5 cm, grey white firm tumor. Histopathology revealed a well-differentiated invasive squamous cell carcinoma. Case contributed by: Dr. Sanjay D.
