Cronkhite-Canada Syndrome: The gastric biopsies show diffuse changes similar to those seen with juvenile polyps. The histologic features include: cystically dilated glands filled with proteinaceous fluid, atrophic mucosa, edematous lamina propria, and chronic inflammation. These changes are also present in non-polypoid mucosa.
