Comments:
Focal histologic features diagnostic of epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EV) in the absence of clinical evidence of underlying EV have been noted incidentally in a variety of benign skin conditions. They include Intradermal nevus (shown here), pigmented seborrheic keratosis, and acantholytic acanthoma.
