Common Wart (Verruca vulgaris)

Comments:
Common warts are exophytic and show epidermal hyperplasia manifesting as papillomatosis (not seen in verruca plana), acanthosis, and hyperkeratosis. There are filiform papillae with parakeratosis over the tips.
