Herpes Simplex Virus Lymphadenitis: This patient with a history of chronic lymphocytic leukemia presented with painful inguinal lymphadenopathy of several months' duration. Sections of the lymph node reveal areas of geographic necrosis. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia / small lymphocytic lymphoma is seen to the upper right and top of the image.
