Comments:
Polykaryocytes of Warthin-Finkeldey type are commonly seen in Kimura disease. They have overlapping multiple nuclei and are often seen within germinal centers. Such cells are not unique to Kimura disease and are also observed in measles, lymph nodes in HIV+ individuals, and other conditions.
