Comments:
Differential Diagnosis of Sarcoidosis: Histologic features of sarcoidosis in lymph nodes are non-specific and can be seen in tuberculosis, atypical mycobacterial infection, fungal infections, leprosy, syphilis, leishmaniasis, brucellosis, tularemia, berylliosis, Crohn disease, and Hodgkin lymphoma among other conditions. The diagnosis of sarcoidosis is one of exclusion.

The image shows a multinucleated Langhans giant cell within an epithelioid granuloma.
